1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 User Account

Each member is only permitted to have one (1) account only on the suga22 platform. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of all wins and fund balances.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your login credentials and account password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without your authorisation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Prohibited Conduct and Activities

8 Intellectual Property

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of any platform software.

9 Liability Limit

In any circumstance, suga22's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount deposited by that member within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the suga22 support team. Before the account closure is processed, all valid fund balances will be returned to the member once all related wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, suga22 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances or wins obtained through means that violate these terms.
